1. The sale says 10 a.m. to 7 p.m. Can I come earlier?
Unfortunately, due to the number of items for sale and the limited days we have at the location, we cannot accommodate early viewing.

2. Will you deliver?
All items must be taken at the time of purchase—items cannot be held or delivered.

** For Dinner Settings: Only 1 of each set will be on display. Should you purchase that set - the remainder will be delivered to your home/office.

3. Will you pack my items?
Please bring your own bags, boxes, and newspaper to pack your items, as we will not have any available. Additionally, bring a tape measure if you need to check if items will fit in your space, as no tape measures will be available at the sale location.

4. How can I pay?
Cash and FPS are accepted.

5. Are prices negotiable?
Discounts are available for bulk purchases.

6. Is everything for sale?
Yes, everything you see at the sale is available for purchase. Higher-end items will be put into an online auction.

7. Are returns or exchanges allowed?
All sales are final. Please inspect items carefully before purchasing, as returns are not accepted.

8. Are children allowed?
Children are welcome as long as they are carefully supervised due to the presence of fragile items. Strollers will not be allowed.

9. How long will this sale last?
Three days: November 29, 30, and December 1.

10. Will prices be easy to locate?
Yes, items or areas will have specific pricing. If an item is not marked, please ask the estate sale associates.

11. Can I email for pricing, sizes, or additional information?
Due to the volume of items, please do not email for pricing, sizes, or other information before the sale. Everything is first come, first served!
